HCI enhances its interiors offering

To capitalise on HCI’s 2008 success and further increase it’s client offering to include a ‘one stop shop’ interiors solution, HCI has wholly integrated Havelock’s manufacturing, supply and install division Havelock Interiors.

In challenging market conditions across both retail and financial services, HCI has created considerable success doubling its customer base.

At the heart of this success were key wins such as Lloyds TSB (UK Framework), HBOS (furniture and contracting frameworks), landmark projects with Deloitte and Lockton Companies in the corporate office contracting sector and a strong performance in retail delivering more than 300,000 square feet of world-class retail space for House of Fraser.

This integration will extend HCI’s advantage in the interiors market and ensure HCI clients will benefit from:

• A highly stable supplier with a strong financial base
• A total interiors solution enabling clients to consolidate their supply chain
• Experienced operational teams which are director led and aligned to key clients to ensure quality and ability to
work in operational environment
• Outstanding manufacturing and site Health and Safety track record
• Scale to rollout national interiors programmes without compromising quality or programme
• Environmental excellence. Partnering agreements with leading environmental consultants DNV and Wastefile UK.

The strategy is developing HCI’s 2008 success further. In 2009 HCI has achieved significant sales success in a turbulent market.

Project wins include Post Office (UK framework), flagship projects in Bremen and Bristol for Primark, Landsdown Road Stadium (John Sisk main contractor), Quartermile Development (Bovis main contractor) and Motherwell College (Millers Construction main contractor).
