HCI Completes London Financial Flagship
HCI completed the 11 week refurbishment programme for the National Bank of Kuwait's London flagship office in May 2008.
The design and build project was completed on time, to budget and without significant snagging.
The project illustrates the breadth of expertise of the HCI team, involving HCI's lead designers to integrate the orginal concept design, project management and HCI's lead mechanical and electrical design team to create a highly efficient ventilation system for the office.
HCI's design team created a series of detailed designs from the original concept to ensure the client benefited from exacting attention to detail and whilst enjoying best in class value engineering.
The office furniture was produced by Havelock's world-class manufacturing facility in Scotland with the fixtures purchased by Havleock's Global Procurment team.
Materials used in the manufacturing process complied with Havelock's commitment to the environment, ensuring that all timber products incorporated in the design were sourced from sustainable sources and were possible utilised recycled materials in furniture components such as particle board.
The project was serviced directly out of HCI's London office operations hub to ensure quick response and pre-marshalling of furniture to maximise on-site productivity.
